For this role we are looking for an Electrical Engineer Surveyor to live in or near an area easily commutable to Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Responsibilities
As an Electrical Engineer Surveyor, you will help prolong the life and safety of electrical equipment by spotting potential defects early and ensuring everyone goes home safely at the end of the day.
You will:
- Complete quality assessments and rigorous inspections of fixed wiring installations and electrical plant items.
- Carry out detailed reporting, with no compromise, ever.
- Ensure all customers comply with vital UK regulations (including EAW).
- Always provide the exceptional level of customer service expected from our team while representing our company professionally.

Qualifications
To join our team, you will need:
- Ideally, a Level 4 electrical/engineering qualification and a good level of practical experience as a domestic and/or industrial electrician.
- Alternatively, a Level 3 electrical qualification, significant practical experience, and a willingness to work towards a Level 4 qualification.
- Testing and inspection experience (City and Guilds 2391 ideal).
- Experience in hazardous area work (CompEX).
- The ability to communicate complex and technical problems with ease.
- A good level of IT and literacy skills to complete detailed customer reports via tablets and mobile phones.
