Practice & Project Information
This established practice works across architecture, landscape and urban design, with a team of 10 delivering varied London-based projects. Current work includes hospitality, residential, commercial and refurbishment schemes, with a focus on technical quality, compliance and practical design outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery across RIBA stages 4 and 5
- Produce detailed technical drawing packages using AutoCAD
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams
- Manage technical detailing across multiple live projects
- Support cladding remediation and gateway submissions
- Respond to contractor queries and support site coordination
Required Skills and Experience
- Qualified Architect with UK project delivery experience
- Strong AutoCAD skills essential
- Working knowledge of Revit
- Good knowledge of UK building regulations
- Experience across residential, hospitality or commercial projects
- Knowledge of cladding remediation or gateway submissions advantageous
Benefits and Package
£45,000 – £50,000 salary, hybrid working with three days in the office and two days from home, 25 days’ annual leave, Christmas closure, flexible working pattern and regular social events.
