  • Proficient in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation techniques
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with ERP implementation projects and understanding of project management methodologies is a plus
