We are seeking a talented Senior Architect to join a leading architectural studio working across a broad spectrum of innovative and context-driven projects. Operating within a collaborative team, you will take a lead role in developing unique architectural solutions for high-end residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects across the UK and internationally. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design development across all project stages, from concept to completion

- Work closely with interior designers and external consultants to ensure a holistic integration of interior and architectural elements
- Oversee the production of architectural documentation including layouts, details, and specifications
- Conduct material research and source finishes, fixtures, and fittings in line with project vision and budget
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers during project execution, ensuring quality control and design intent is upheld
- Manage internal reviews and contribute to the evolution of the studio’s architectural approach
- Provide mentorship and direction to junior team members
- Ensure documentation and drawings meet internal standards and are compliant with regulatory requirements
- Engage in collaborative design workshops and contribute to the studio’s ongoing design discourse
Key Requirements
- Degree-qualified Architect
- Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in architecture, with leadership experience on high-end projects
- Demonstrable experience in residential, commercial, or international projects
- A portfolio showcasing strong design sensibility and versatility across architectural typologies
- Proficiency in Revit – essential
- Strong technical knowledge of construction and architectural detailing
- Familiarity with bespoke joinery, material sourcing, and luxury fit-out
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work proactively, manage deadlines, and maintain design quality under pressure
- Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams and contributing to the design conversation at all stages
