Assembly Fitter

One Call Consultants are looking for a assembly fitting operative to join our manufacturing client based in Walsall Wood, Walsall

Responsibilities:

• Assembly preparation including drilling, tapping and assembly to drawing/specification.
• Assembly of large units
• Complete assembly units to drawing/specification
• Use hand tools when required.

The successful candidate must have:

. Good level of assembly experience

Able to read and understand engineering drawings

Competent using hand tools including drills, taps and drivers etc

A keen eye for detail and high standard of work quality

Able to work under own initiative, identify and prioritise own workload to support the section

The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 7.45 to 16.30 with a 13.30 finish on a Friday

The ideal candidate must have excellent time keeping and have a can do attitude

This role is temp to perm for the right person
