Property Management Portfolio Administrator

As a Senior Portfolio Property Manager, managing AST tenancies, with some small blocks, you will join a team of nine professionals within our residential sales and lettings office, including coordinators, negotiators, property managers and partners. Carry out six-monthly property inspections across the SFH portfolio Complete and review inventory checks at the start and end of tenancies Ensure properties are presented to a high standard prior to occupancy Compare check-out conditions against inventories and report damages or issues Liaise with contractors, tenants and internal teams as required Maintain accurate inspection notes, reports and records on property systems The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a client-facing property management role, with a background in PRS, Single-Family Housing, Multi-Family Build-to-Rent or within a leading lettings agency. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
