Location:Venture Court, Wolverhampton
Contract:Permanent, Part-time, 30hours per week, Monday-Friday
Workstyle:Roaming – a mixof working from home and office
Closing Date:Sunday 17 May 2026
Do you enjoy helping people feel confident, supported, and well‑informed? If delivering great customer service and building strong relationships motivates you, you may be just what we’re looking for in a Lettings Adviser at Bromford.
Our lettings team manages the effective day-to-day delivery of lettings across the business. As part of the team, you’ll work closely with colleagues and local authorities to ensure fair and timely allocation of properties.
You’ll guide new customers through the lettings process, ensuring that all records are accurate, and follow our policies and procedures. You will ensure the accurate set up of tenancies and completion of relevant pre‑tenancy checks, collaborating with our empty homes team to minimise void time. And you’ll maintain and manage property shortlists according to Bromford’s and local authority, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
The caseload is diverse, comprising a mix of straightforward cases and more complex situations, ensuring a dynamic and varied workload every day. While you’ll help us meet key performance goals, the most rewarding part of this role is seeing people and families manage their own homes, where they can build brighter futures and thrive.
What we’re looking for:
- Customer focussed experience:you’ve previously worked in a customer-facing role. While experience in housing or lettings is a plus, a passion for customer service is most important
- Strong communication skills:You communicate warmly and effectively with both colleagues and customers.
- Resilience and adaptability:You can stay positive, proactive and composed when handling varied and sometimes challenging situations.
- Organisational skills:You can prioritise and manage your workload efficiently.
- Enthusiasm for the role:You’re committed to helping customers find the right home where they can thrive.
- Team player:You thrive in a high performing team, helping us meet our KPIs while letting homes fairly and transparently, in line with our policies.
- Tech-savvy:Strong IT skills, keen attention to detail, and an excellent work ethic are essential.
- A great ambassador:You embody BFL's valuesand positively represent our values.
You’ll be based in our Wolverhampton office with regular home working available. A basic DBS check is required.
What we offer
- Flexible and hybrid working; many roles support working across our main locations and home

- A choice of pension schemes with employer contributions of up to 10%
- Employee Assistance Programme that provides 24/7 virtual GP access, prescription service, and talking therapies for you and your family
- Generous holiday, occupational sick pay and paid family leave
- Annual allowance of £500 to spend on benefits of your choosing, including healthcare plans, dental care, gym membership and much more
