The Role
This is a key hire within the team, offering both project responsibility and client exposure.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of planning applications across a range of sectors
- Supporting senior team members on complex and strategic schemes
- Preparing planning appraisals and development strategies
- Engaging with local authorities and key stakeholders
- Drafting reports, statements and supporting documentation
- Attending client meetings and contributing to project delivery
- Supporting junior team members where appropriate
This role offers clear progression toward Principal level within a structured and supportive environment.
About You
- MRTPI qualified or working towards Chartership
- Strong experience within a consultancy or developer environment
- Proven track record delivering planning applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage client relationships
