EA Manager

We’re working with a highly successful global alternative investment firm who are looking for a standout EA Manager. This is a high trust, strategically focused position where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping, supporting and elevating an existing Executive Assistant community. Joining at a point of growth, you’ll bring clarity, consistency and long‑term development to the EA function, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation.

This role is ideal for someone who cares deeply about the EA profession and enjoys working at the intersection of people, structure and culture.

THE ROLE:

  • Mentor and support an established EA population
  • Review EA allocation and ways of working, partnering with senior stakeholders to optimise efficiency while maintaining a high‑touch service
  • Act as a trusted advocate and sounding board for EAs, escalating themes and challenges where appropriate
  • Introduce clear frameworks around performance, development and success measurement
  • Design and implement development plans focused on engagement, retention and career progression
  • Own and deliver structured onboarding and induction for new EAs
  • Lead global EA offsites

ABOUT YOU

You’ll be an experienced EA leader, who has previously worked as an EA and understands the role end‑to‑end. You’re comfortable operating with influence rather than authority, enjoy building structure where there’s complexity, and are confident partnering with senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced, professional environment. Above all, you bring a genuine passion for developing others and creating an environment where EAs feel supported, valued and able to thrive. Experience within private equity, alternative investment, or a similarly high‑performance corporate setting will be highly regarded.
