Job Overview

My client a Leading Managing Agent is looking for a Building Manager to oversee the practical completion, mobilisations/commissioning and operations of a site in excess of 150,000 sq ft, in Central London – West End.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee practical completion, mobilisations/commissioning, and day‑to‑day operations of a large site.
  • Set and manage service charge budgets.
  • Maintain health and safety standards on site (IOSH or NEBOSH credentials required).
  • Advance ESG/NET Zero/WELL/BREEAM objectives.
  • Manage service partners and engage tenants daily, ensuring clear written and verbal communication.
  • Coordinate project and tenant fit‑out works over the next 18 months.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in building/asset management.
  • Experience with service charge budgeting.
  • IOSH or NEBOSH certification.
  • Knowledge of ESG, NET Zero, WELL, BREEAM frameworks.
