Network Engineer – 5 days onsite in Gloucestershire

Role Responsibilities
- Provide first and second level technical support on incidents and problems
- Monitor overall system performance and ensure smooth system functionality
- Create, maintain, and utilise documentation
- Assist in building compliance with our processes and policies

- Working to ITIL best practices
- Desire to improve processes and identify root causes
- Willingness to share knowledge and learn from others
- Proactive approach to identifying risks and problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and work in an agile environment
Desirable Skills and Technologies
- Experience with Cisco Nexus, ASA, ACI, and HyperFlex
- Knowledge of F5 LTM, ASM, and GTM
- Experience with VMware vSphere, NSX‑V, and NSX‑T
- Exposure to AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud services
- Experience with Dell VxRAIL
- Knowledge of SolarWinds NCM – NPM also useful
- Experience in Software Defined Networking
