What the job involves
- We are looking for a Delivery Lead to join the esynergy Delivery function. You will manage project delivery across planning, execution, monitoring and completion. You will also take on engagement responsibilities that help associates, clients and internal teams stay aligned and supported throughout each assignment
- Senior accountability for e2e delivery including business development, pre sales and creation of delivery SOWs with senior consultants and project teams
- Able to extract, articulate and embed value within end to end delivery lifecycle
- Lead weekly account planning & reporting, landing delivery reports and maintaining regular client engagement touchpoints (internal and client)
- Support resource forecasting and capacity planning across accounts to optimise team utilisation within esynergy's delivery function
- Accountable for all delivery roadmaps, maintaining plans using agile methodology, identifying stakeholder maps and owning RAID activity to uncover and expose risks and issues
- Completion statements, monthly value reviews and monthly team health checks
