Senior Investment Analyst – Residential Real Estate (UK)

Role Overview
You will play a key role in sourcing, analysing, and executing new UK residential investments, while supporting ongoing portfolio performance. This is a high-impact position within a platform that rewards ownership, analytical excellence, and initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full transaction cycle for acquisitions and developments: modelling, research, due diligence, and closing.
- Build sophisticated cash flow and valuation analyses.
- Conduct on-the-ground site visits and market assessments.
- Prepare investment materials and present to senior stakeholders.
- Assist with asset management, including monthly performance analysis and partner engagement.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or similar.
- Experience in real estate investing, lending, investment banking, or investment sales.
- Strong Excel and financial modelling capability.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- UK driving licence preferred (travel required).
