Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute within a flat team structure through pair programming, whiteboarding, and joint architectural design
  • Participate in a strong peer‑review culture, ensuring every line of code is reviewed and contributing to continuous learning
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Account Managers, and Operations teams to deliver great customer experiences and maintain stable, reliable applications
  • Take part in sprint planning and other Scrum practices to help drive value and improve team effectiveness
  • Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn, evolve, and share knowledge
  • Bonus: Experience with accessibility standards, testing frameworks, or software design best practices
