Point Six One Eight is delighted to be working with a well‑established, professional services business looking for a data‑driven Growth Marketing Manager to support and scale their multi‑channel acquisition activity, on an initial 12 month FTC.
This role suits someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys getting deep into performance data, and has a strong track record of optimising paid media and affiliate activity to deliver measurable growth.
The role You’ll play a key role in planning, optimising, and reporting on acquisition campaigns across paid search, paid media, and affiliate channels, working closely with specialist channel owners and wider marketing teams.
You’ll be responsible for translating performance data into clear insights, managing testing roadmaps, supporting budget planning, and ensuring campaigns consistently hit CPA targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Optimise and support multi‑channel acquisition campaigns across paid search and affiliates
- Analyse performance using GA4, Looker and Power BI dashboards
- Support forecasting and monthly budget planning across paid channels
- Assess channel profitability and recommend budget reallocations
- Manage relationships with affiliate, and aggregator partners
- Communicate performance insights clearly to marketing stakeholders
- Collaborate with creative, content, ecommerce, product and retention teams
About you:
- 3–5+ years’ experience in growth, performance or acquisition marketing
- Hands‑on experience across PPC and paid search, and affiliate marketing (essential)
- Proven success improving CPA, ROAS and channel scalability
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data
- Commercially minded, results‑focused, and comfortable working at pace
- Excellent communicator with the ability to turn data into insight
- Financial services experience is helpful but not essential
