Role Overview
You will resolve customer enquiries and sell tickets for AXS and its clients. Provide a highly professional customer experience via all channels including telephone, e‑mail, social media and live chat. You will be knowledgeable about all areas of the business, handle customer calls, queries and complaints, striving for first‑point resolution. You will bring enthusiasm and positivity to drive our brand forward, making ticketing fast, fun and simple.
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer enquiries and sell tickets for AXS and its clients.
- Provide professional customer experience via telephone, e‑mail, social media, and live chat.
- Handle customer calls, queries, and complaints, aiming for first‑point resolution.
- Deliver a positive and enthusiastic brand experience.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience within a contact centre customer‑service function dealing with after‑sales service queries, requests, and correspondence by phone, e‑mail, post, and face‑to‑face.
- Strong customer‑service and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent telephone manner, courteous listening, and patience/empathy under pressure.
- Target‑driven, self‑motivated, and proactive.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
Location and Schedule
This role is based in our Birmingham office near Birmingham International Airport and the NEC. You will work 5 days out of 7, including weekend work.
