Role Overview

We are recruiting a Credit Control Administrator on a permanent basis, based in Bath. You will maximise rental collections across client portfolios to meet client expectations and SLAs, working closely with Property Managers and the Finance team. Key duties include running arrears reports and chasing outstanding payments.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain performance levels by providing effective solutions to customers, clients, and team members.
  • Run arrears reports and chase outstanding payments.
  • Collaborate with the Property Managers and Finance team to meet service level agreements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Customer‑service background with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good numerical and literacy skills.
  • Understanding of credit control or experience working in arrears is beneficial but not essential.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and work with stakeholders at different levels.
  • A basic DBS check is mandatory for this position.
