- Lead and develop a small team, mentoring and empowering success.
- Own credit control month-end activities and prepare investor debt packs.
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to resolve queries and improve billing efficiency.
- Collaborate across teams on key processes like onboarding, churn, and dilapidations.
- Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance.
- Track team performance, deliver reporting for investors, and drive improvements.
- Champion process optimisation and play a key role in finance transformation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership in credit control—complex, multi-site experience is ideal.
- Strong understanding of month-end close and financial reporting.
- Expertise in collaborating with legal teams and handling compliance challenges.
- A track record of driving finance transformation and process improvements.
- Advanced MS Excel and SAP experience is a must.
- An exceptional communicator with strong leadership, negotiation skills, and an analytical edge.
