Experienced Hospitality Manager at Brentford Football Club

Location: London, TW8

Country: United Kingdom

Job Type: BOTH

Salary: £24.70 per hour, paid weekly

Job Description

This isn’t your typical corporate space, and it’s not your typical fine dining. Think of it as a high-energy, exclusive members’ club set within the heart of the action. We serve high-end bowl food, precision cocktails, and fine wines in a modern, social space at Brentford Football Club.

We are looking for a character. Someone who brings energy to the room but maintains the invisible Platinum standard of service, with exceptional attention to detail. You need to be the anchor of the room: calm when the pre‑match rush hits, and effortlessly professional while making each and every guest feel at ease.

Role

As the Lead Room Manager, you are the face of the space. You lead from the front, with food knowledge to hand and a passion for enticing guests to enjoy our exceptional wine offering, ensuring that every guest receives the same impeccable level of attention.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the Charge: Inspire and manage a slick front‑of‑house team with clarity, fairness, and high expectations.
  • The Ultimate Host: Act as the visible personality of the room, recognising regulars and welcoming new guests without compromising your consistent professionalism.
  • Uphold the Standard: From the perfect pour of a vintage Bordeaux to the alignment of the furniture, your attention to detail is exceptional.
  • Stay Grounded: You’ll interact with high‑profile individuals regularly. We need you to remain professional and focused on leading the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Own the Space: Take total accountability for the matchday operation, ensuring seamless communication with our partners and wider teams.

What you will bring

  • Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in Food and Beverage management within premium hospitality.
  • Knowledge: You know your way around a wine list and a shaker. You can talk confidently about flavour profiles and premium pours.
  • Temperament: You are a ‘radiator’. You remain calm under pressure and make fast, confident decisions.
  • Communication: You navigate conversations across diverse guest demographics with ease, genuine care, and maturity.

Availability

Total commitment to the 2026/27 season (August – May), with attendance at a minimum of 85% of Brentford home fixtures.

  • Mixology background or a deep passion for craft spirits.
  • A passion for exceptional culinary experiences.
  • A genuine love for the atmosphere of live sports.
