About the Company

One of London’s leading corporate caterers is looking for an experienced fine dining Sous Chef to work in their fine dining a la carte restaurant.

About the Role

Purely cooking à la carte dishes for both lunch and dinner, you’ll work in a large brigade working Monday to Friday only (no dinner on Friday).

Responsibilities

  • Cooking à la carte dishes for lunch and dinner.
  • Working in a large brigade.
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fine dining establishment is essential for this role.

Required Skills

  • Fine dining cooking skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in corporate catering.
  • Knowledge of menu planning and food costing.

Pay range and compensation package

£43k per annum plus paid overtime and a bonus of up to 5%.
