About the Role
Purely cooking à la carte dishes for both lunch and dinner, you’ll work in a large brigade working Monday to Friday only (no dinner on Friday).

- Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a fine dining establishment is essential for this role.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in corporate catering.
- Knowledge of menu planning and food costing.
Pay range and compensation package
£43k per annum plus paid overtime and a bonus of up to 5%.
