We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, global organisation within the film, television and media production sector. With operations across Europe and North America, the company is recognised for delivering high-quality technical solutions and supporting production teams worldwide.


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join their European headquarters. This is a key position supporting the smooth running of a busy rental and sales office.

Role & Responsibilities


You will provide essential administrative and sales support, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the office. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding promptly to internal and external enquiries
  • Producing reports and maintaining accurate sales data
  • Updating CRM systems and internal records
  • Coordinating with accounts, warehouse, and returns teams
  • Supporting the preparation of sales documentation and client interactions
  • Attending meetings alongside senior leadership
  • Assisting with internal projects, training, and process improvements
  • Maintaining organised and accurate documentation across the sales function


About You

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, reliable, and flexible in approach
  • A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Discreet and professional when handling confidential information
  • Motivated to learn, develop, and support wider team success


Experience within the film, television industry would be advantageous, but is not essential.
