About You
- Experienced Home Manager or Deputy Manager with 3+ years of leadership in care
- NVQ Level 3+ in Health & Social Care or nurse-qualified
- A natural leader who inspires confidence and brings teams together
- Skilled at balancing compassion with compliance, ensuring residents and regulators trust your leadership
- Driven, resilient, and committed to creating a home where residents thrive and staff feel proud
