  • Knowledge & Expertise Experience of supporting and developing the Liquidlogic application.
  • Expert in an area of Social care- Adults, Childrens or Education.
  • Proven experience in collaborating with stakeholders to understand. business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • An In depth knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
  • Strong expertise in maintaining the reliability, performance, and security of application systems.
  • Experience of managing escalations to external suppliers, monitoring responses; taking action and seeing issues through to resolution.
  • Proficiency of planning and managing system upgrades.

Skills and Abilities

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise a varied and complex workload where there are likely to be conflicting demands
  • Customer focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills, being able to impart technical information clearly and succinctly to a non-technical audience.
  • The ability to be proactive, think creatively and identify development opportunities
  • Strong team player who with a collaborative work style who can provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members
  • Role Dimensions Represent the department as required at external meetings, user groups and forums
  • Supervise junior colleagues and external contractors where appropriate, ensuring that they understand their role, tasks, timescales and the quality of work required
