What You’ll Be Doing

Front of House & Workplace Experience

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, delivering a warm and professional welcome
  • Manage meeting room and desk bookings, ensuring smooth coordination of visitors
  • Maintain a high standard across all office spaces
  • Organise and coordinate hospitality for meetings and events

Office Management & Operations

  • Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the office to ensure efficiency and organisation
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Review invoices and manage spend against budget
  • Coordinate facilities maintenance, minimising disruption to business activities
  • Liaise with building management and external service providers

Health & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with UK workplace health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate inspections and follow up on any required actions
  • Maintain records for Fire Marshals and First Aiders, including training and refreshers

Events & Engagement

  • Support the planning and delivery of internal events and team activities
  • Help create a positive, engaging workplace culture
  • Ensure smooth execution of office events and initiatives

Additional Support

  • Provide occasional administrative support, including cover for senior executive support when required

  • Comfortable handling physical tasks such as receiving deliveries

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in office management, reception, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • A service‑focused and approachable mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
