An established engineering company is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, staff coordination, and adherence to safety and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee door receipt and timely booking-in of components using ERP / MRP system
- Label and locate all parts within 2 working days of receipt
- Update and maintain accurate location data in ERP system
- Keep the goods-in area clean and organised
- Inspect parts according to established procedures
- Report Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to the Quality Manager
- Pick 100% of parts required for assembly builds within 2 working days of production order issuance
- Pick, label, and pack items for Spares Sales Orders, including preparing despatch notes and shipping invoices
- Pick, label, and pack items for Project Sales Orders, including overseas shipping paperwork
- Arrange shipment of goods and deliver to courier if required
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (such as Navision, SAP, Oracle etc)
- Competent with general computer skills and warehouse management software
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations within an engineering or manufacturing environment
- Counterbalance Forklift experience
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
The Package
