Interim FP&A Analyst | Fast-Growth Fintech Scale-Up
Harmonic is working exclusively with a leading UK Fintech company seeking an Interim FP&A Analyst for a 3-6 month contract. This role involves collaborating with senior stakeholders during a pivotal growth phase after a recent acquisition.

The Role:
Reporting to the VP of Finance, responsibilities include enhancing financial planning processes, improving forecast accuracy, delivering commercial insights, contributing to board reporting, and supporting capital deployment post-fundraise.
Duties:
- Collaborate with Commercial, Product, and Operations teams to align financial objectives
- Lead budgeting and forecasting across business units
- Prepare monthly performance reports and conduct variance analysis
- Develop and refine complex financial models for strategic planning
- Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses for new projects
- Support board and investor reporting with data-driven insights
- Improve planning tools and reporting procedures
Essential Requirements:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification or equivalent experience
- Proven FP&A experience in high-growth tech or fintech sectors
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets modelling skills
- Strong commercial acumen and influencing skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in PE/VC-backed environments
- SaaS, Fintech, or Insurtech experience
