Included in the S&P 500 Index and the NASDAQ 100, CoStar Group is on a mission to digitize the world’s real estate, empowering all people to discover properties, insights and connections that improve their businesses and lives.

About Matterport

Matterport, part of the CoStar Group, is leading the digital transformation of the built world. Our groundbreaking spatial computing platform turns buildings into data making every space more valuable and accessible. Millions of buildings in more than 177 countries have been transformed into immersive Matterport digital twins to improve every part of the building lifecycle from planning, construction, and operations to documentation, appraisal, and marketing.

Description

As a Regional Director, Inside Sales, you will lead, develop, and scale a high-performing inside sales team responsible for driving new customer acquisition, expanding existing relationships, and accelerating Matterport’s growth in a high-velocity, short-cycle sales environment. You will coach frontline sellers who engage customers through high-touch, high-activity inside sales motion – delivering compelling conversations that convert interest into revenue.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for a manager who can hire great talent, build structure, drive discipline, stay involved in deal engagement, and elevate seller execution every single day. You will help build the inside sales organization from the ground up – establishing daily routines, coaching cadences, call expectations, pipeline generation standards, and performance accountability across your team.

You will partner closely with cross‑functional teams in Matterport – including Sales Enablement, Product, Marketing, and GTM Strategy – to refine messaging, strengthen processes, and ensure your team has the tools, training, and clarity to win consistently. Your mission is to create a fast‑moving, high‑output sales environment built on operational rigor, skill mastery, and customer obsession.

This is a 12 month fixed‑term contract position anticipated to commence in July 2026 and end in, or around, July 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front by developing a regional Inside Sales team and ensuring consistent execution of a high-velocity inside sales motion.

  • Hands‑on, customer‑facing leader who can create and manage deals with the team and the client.

  • Drive new business acquisition and expansion, consistently meeting or exceeding regional revenue targets.

  • Hire, onboard, and develop top inside sales talent, creating a strong pipeline of future leaders and high‑performing sellers.

  • Establish daily & weekly operational excellence – pipeline generation standards, daily activity expectations, structured coaching routines, and high‑quality forecasting.

  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, including call reviews, role plays, 1:1 performance conversations, and real‑time feedback on live selling scenarios.

  • Partner with Sales Enablement to reinforce onboarding, deliver skills‑based training, and ensure sellers adopt Matterport’s sales frameworks and talk tracks.

  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to refine messaging, strengthen value propositions, and surface insights from customer conversations.

  • Inspect and improve CRM accuracy, forecasting discipline, and pipeline quality within your region.

  • Support strategic deals, helping sellers with discovery, objection handling, commercial positioning, and competitive differentiation.

  • Create a high‑performance culture built on accountability, urgency, customer‑first thinking, and operational discipline.

  • Provide executive‑level insights on regional performance, customer feedback, competitive trends, and emerging opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Sales Leadership experience across EMEA, including direct management of inside sales teams in fast‑paced B2B SaaS environments.

  • Experience managing teams supporting clients in the UK, Nordics, France, DACH, Italy & Spain.

  • Experience selling into industries aligned with Matterport’s customer base (AEC, FM, CRE, manufacturing, retail, insurance/restoration).

  • Experience hiring, developing, and retaining high‑performing inside sellers.

  • Strong operational leadership – forecasting discipline, CRM management, activity management, and pipeline inspection.

  • Proven track record of consistent performance, high accountability, and leadership maturity.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit university or college.

  • Commitment to prior employers.

  • Able to travel from time to time to support key clients.

  • Resilient and a team player.

  • Experience scaling an inside sales team from early build‑out through maturity.

  • Additional written and verbal presentation language skills in French, Spanish, or German.

  • Experience with inside sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Clari, or other modern SDR/AE tech stacks.

Benefits

Full private medical cover, life assurance, 28 days annual leave, a competitive pension, season ticket loans, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, and more!
