The Role

Working closely with the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the store while delivering an elevated and personalised client experience.


Key responsibilities include:

• Being a true brand ambassador, embodying the spirit and values of Carolina Bucci

• Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining impeccable personal presentation

• Handling all customer enquiries with professionalism, discretion, and empathy

• Ensuring that the jewellery and the store maintains a pristine appearance at all times

• Supporting sales performance and operational excellence within the store

• Assisting with reporting, administrative duties, stock management, and shipment coordination

• Overseeing deliveries, transfers, and inventory processes with accuracy and attention to detail

• Building strong and long-lasting relationships with clients


Profile

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• A thorough understanding of what defines a luxury brand

• Previous luxury retail experience, ideally within fine jewellery, hospitality, or fashion

• Strong administrative and organisational skills

• Experience with reporting, stock control, and shipment procedures

• Exceptional communication and team working skills

• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach

• The legal right to work in the UK
