The successful candidate will likely be working as a senior negotiator or branch manager and seeking their next career move.
The role is predominantly office based, and the remit to manage all aspects and operations of a busy sales team.
Day to Day Duties
- Ensuring the smooth running of the sales office, mentoring, managing and motivating team members
- Keeping abreast of the local property market
- Overseeing sales processes and always ensuring a healthy pipeline exists
- Actively promote the business to ensure consistent new and repeat business opportunities
- Build strong, lasting relationships with local vendors and buyers
- Oversee all administrative processes always ensuring rigorous adherence to compliance
- Producing management reports and statistical analysis
- Develop and nurture a robust network in the local area
