Key Responsibilities

  • Translate technical and customer requirements into detailed product specifications
  • Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams on technical decision-making and product development
  • Support technical releases, product improvements, and lifecycle optimisation
  • Investigate and help resolve product quality and performance issues
  • Act as a technical specialist for customer, sales and application-related enquiries
  • Develop technical documentation, operator manuals, and training materials
  • Deliver technical training to internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Gather customer feedback and market insight to support future product enhancements
  • Participate in site testing, technical investigations, and customer visits globally

About You

  • Degree qualified in a science or engineering discipline
  • Strong technical communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience working with scientific, laboratory, analytical, or industrial equipment is highly desirable
  • Experience with water technologies is a nice to have
  • Ability to balance technical detail with commercial and customer needs
  • Passionate about customer-focused product development and continuous improvement
