  • Champion data quality by creating processes and systems that ensure high data integrity and reliability
  • deploy and monitor machine learning algorithms in production

Who you are

  • Experienced Product Manager with strong product fundamentals, including developing product strategies, roadmaps and delivering customer-facing or internal products end-to-end
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, creating clarity and bringing structure to complex or evolving environments
  • Commercially and analytically minded, using data, insight and customer understanding to inform decisions and prioritisation
  • Experienced working cross-functionally with engineering, design, data and business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes
  • Able to break down complex problems into clear, incremental opportunities that create value for customers and the business
  • Confident using discovery, experimentation and iterative delivery approaches to validate solutions, reduce risk and drive continuous improvement
  • Confident applying AI day-to-day to drive product impact, from accelerating discovery and shaping requirements to prototyping solutions and improving team workflows
  • A strong stakeholder manager, able to build trust, influence decisions and align teams around shared goals
  • An excellent communicator, able to explain product narratives, priorities and trade-offs clearly and concisely
  • Comfortable engaging with technical concepts, constraints and trade-offs in close partnership with engineering teams
  • Experienced operating effectively in fast-paced, high-growth or rapidly changing environments
