The Role
As Divisional Finance Director, you will take full ownership of finance across the division, leading a team of 8 across multiple locations and ensuring robust financial governance, reporting, and performance management.
Key responsibilities include:

- Partnering with the leadership team to shape divisional strategy and growth
t
Leading monthly reporting, management accounts, and group reporting packs
t
Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
t
Managing cashflow, working capital improvement, and financial controls
t
Leading year-end audit processes and statutory compliance
t
Ensuring timely HMRC reporting (VAT/PAYE) and regulatory filings
t
Supporting payroll oversight alongside the People function
t
Driving finance process improvements and operational efficiencies
t
Providing strong leadership, development, and succession planning for the finance team
About You
We’re looking for a commercially focused finance leader who brings:

- Proven experience operating at Finance Director / senior executive level
t
Strong strategic and commercial acumen
t
Track record in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
t
Experience in multi-division or group environments (desirable)
t
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
t
A hands-on leadership style with strong governance mindset
t
Qualified accountant status (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
t
Experience in a B2B/B2C service-led or travel-aligned business would be beneficial, though not essential. xwzovoh
