We’re currently recruiting for an Estate Agent to join a busy and welcoming property team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in offering a personal, professional service and feels confident communicating with clients both face to face and over the phone.
You’ll be joining a supportive environment where teamwork and customer care are key, with clear opportunities to develop and progress.
Alongside this, there is a competitive package on offer, including a solid basic salary (depending on experience), uncapped commission, and a guaranteed earning level during your initial period. There are also additional earning opportunities through referrals, as well as a structured working pattern with alternate Saturdays and time off in lieu.
Skills & Experience
- Welcome and support new applicants, taking the time to understand their needs and build strong, lasting relationships
- Carry out property viewings, helping clients feel comfortable while highlighting what makes each home right for them
- Support buyers and sellers through discussions and decisions, aiming for outcomes that work well for everyone involved
- Keep all parties updated throughout the process, helping ensure a smooth and well-managed journey to completion
- Deliver a positive, professional experience at every stage, building trust and encouraging repeat business and referrals
Roles & Responsibilities
- Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role ideal
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and deliver excellent customer service
- Comfortable working in a corporate environment
