The Role:
As Paid Social Account Manager, you will take ownership of campaigns end-to-end across a range of ecommerce clients. This is a hands-on role covering planning, setup, optimisation and performance analysis.
You'll work closely with internal teams and clients, helping shape campaigns that balance strong creative with data-led decision making.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Plan campaign structure, targeting and budget allocation
- Work with creative teams to deliver high-performing ad content
- Analyse performance and provide clear insights and recommendations
- Continuously test and improve campaigns to drive better ROI
About You:
- 3+ years' experience in paid social or paid media
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Experience across TikTok, LinkedIn or similar platforms
- Confident working with data, reporting and performance analysis
- Comfortable working with clients and managing multiple campaigns
The Package:
- £40,000 depending on experience.
- Hybrid working, 2 days in office.
- Increased annual leave based on length of service.
