We're working with a fast-moving technology business in Huddersfield that's looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to join their commercial team. This isn't a seat-filler. They want someone who understands the MSP landscape, knows how to open doors, and is hungry to build a book of business that pays well beyond base.

What you'll be doing


  • Proactively prospect and generate new business through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and referrals
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, booking meetings and demos for the wider sales team
  • Build and manage your own pipeline, maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Develop a strong understanding of the product and service portfolio to hold credible conversations with prospects
  • Engage with MSP and technology decision-makers, understanding their pain points and positioning relevant solutions
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and marketing to align outreach with broader go-to-market activity
  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for meetings booked, pipeline generated and activity metrics


What we're looking for


  • Minimum 2 years of SDR or business development experience in a technology environment
  • Background in or strong understanding of the MSP space — this one matters
  • Proven track record of hitting activity and pipeline targets
  • Confident, consultative communicator — comfortable picking up the phone and starting real conversations
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own time and workload effectively


Nice to have


  • Experience selling or prospecting around SD-WAN products or networking solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and structured outreach cadences


Base salary


£35,000 OTE on top £10k – £15k
