The Role:

A fast-paced role responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance works, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, on time, and to a high standard of customer service. You will coordinate with operatives, internal teams, and clients to manage daily workflows and meet KPIs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for tenants
  • Schedule appointments and allocate jobs to trades
  • Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion
  • Liaise with teams and client representatives
  • Handle queries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Track performance against KPIs


Criteria

Essential:

  • Experience in scheduling, planning, or logistics
  • Strong customer service skills
  • IT proficient (Microsoft Office)

Desirable:

  • Experience in construction or housing maintenance
  • Relevant qualification (HND/Degree)
