Our client a super successful specialist real‑estate development management and project management firm that leads and delivers large, complex property developments across London and the UK are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join their lovely team. This role goes beyond traditional reception duties, offering comprehensive administrative support across the business.


Reception & Front of House

  • Manage visitor access, security passes and Bluepoint entries.
  • Welcome guests, handle incoming calls and update recorded messages when required.
  • Maintain internal contact lists, office supplies, kitchen consumables and equipment servicing.
  • Keep reception, kitchen and stationery areas tidy; manage magazine subscriptions.
  • Act as Fire Warden and Emergency First Aider.
  • Handle couriers, taxis, deliveries, post collection and outgoing mail.


Meeting Room Management

  • Oversee meeting room bookings and prevent scheduling conflicts.
  • Prepare rooms with refreshments and required IT equipment.
  • Clear and reset rooms after meetings, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.


Office Maintenance

  • Log and report building issues via Aspire; liaise with Trinco for non‑landlord repairs.
  • Coordinate with cleaning contractors and manage regular maintenance (windows, carpets, plants, fruit deliveries).


Diary & Team Support

  • Arrange training sessions, site visits and quarterly project reviews.
  • Maintain and update the company contact directory and ensure data hygiene across systems.
  • Update intranet content and support internal communication of key updates.
  • Respond to general queries.


Marketing & Brand

  • Maintain a calendar of key dates for social media planning.
  • Track basic engagement metrics.
  • Update templates and ensure materials remain accurate and on‑brand.
  • Monitor website content and coordinate updates.


Events & Engagement

  • Support event planning, supplier research, quotes and cost‑effective bookings.
  • Coordinate event merchandise and manage RSVPs, attendance and dietary requirements.
  • Assist with booking logistics (rooms, travel, calendars).
