Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Remote + Access to Belfast Business Hub
Salary: £25,000 + Commission Opportunities
We are partnering with a fast-growing, creative business, operating within the corporate gifting and branded merchandise space to recruit a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their expanding commercial team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and commercially driven sales professional with proven cold calling and outbound sales experience to join a high-growth business working with well-known brands across employee engagement, onboarding, events, and client gifting.
While the role is primarily remote, successful candidates will also have access to a dedicated business hub, providing the opportunity to collaborate in person with the wider team, share best practice, and benefit from a strong team culture.
The Opportunity
This role is heavily focused on outbound business development and cold outreach, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, target-driven environment and enjoys building relationships from scratch.
Working closely with the wider sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging key decision-makers, and booking qualified meetings through proactive outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn.

What youll do:
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling to prospective businesses
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Engage and qualify decision-makers across multiple industries
- Book qualified meetings for the senior sales team
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects
- Use LinkedIn, email, and telephone outreach to drive engagement
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and meeting targets
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on lead generation campaigns
What youll have:
- Previous experience in an SDR, telesales, lead generation, or outbound sales role
- Proven cold calling experience within a target-driven environment is essential
- Confidence handling high-volume outbound conversations and objection handling
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and commercially focused mindset
- Ability to work independently while also engaging with the team in the business hub
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience using CRM systems and LinkedIn for prospecting is advantageous
