I’m currently partnering with a well-established building services consultancy looking to add a BREEAM Sustainability Consultant to their growing East Midlands team.
This is a great opportunity to get involved in a wide range of projects, working alongside engineers and design specialists to deliver low‑carbon, high‑performing buildings.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering BREEAM assessments across varied projects
- Supporting energy & sustainability strategies from concept stage
- Producing detailed environmental reports
- Contributing to areas like embodied carbon, overheating, and energy modelling
What they’re looking for:
- BREEAM experience (essential)Knowledge of UK regs (Part L)
- IES / One Click LCA (beneficial)
- Strong communication + ability to manage multiple projects
