Hourigan Planning is a specialist Chartered Town Planning consultancy providing insightful, and commercially informed advice to clients across the UK.

We have full-time roles for Chartered Town Planners at various levels up to Principal Planner and with opportunities for career progression to Director level. The roles are located in Manchester with opportunities for flexible working.

Responsibilities include providing planning advice, preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals, liaising with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in providing planning advice and preparing planning applications and appeals.
• Skills in liaising with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
• Knowledge of planning regulations and policies.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Chartered Member of the RTPI.
• Full driving licence essential.
