Position Summary
Sales Director – European CTV Ad Sales (London‑based, remote/hybrid). The role involves establishing and implementing a strategic go‑to‑market sales plan to drive advertising revenue across the TiVo platform, managing clients across the EU and leading the team.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed aggressive sales targets within a newly developed sales division.
- Identify and prospect new advertising clients and build strong relationships with clients and advertising agencies.
- Demonstrate and articulate in‑depth industry knowledge within CTV, current trends and the competitive landscape.
- Provide ongoing feedback to key stakeholders to help expedite business goals and objectives.
- Prioritize internal and external deliverables as an organized individual.
- Public speaking at event conferences.
- Work collaboratively and confidently with clients, internal departments and senior leadership.
- Build a culture of sharing and disseminate best‑in‑class work across the team and the organization.
Qualifications
- Sales superstar consistently exceeding revenue targets and setting a high bar.
- Minimum of 5‑7 years of client‑facing experience in the advertising industry.
- Experience within the media and entertainment industry and deep UK agency relationships, with the ability to speak to C‑suite and junior staff.
- In‑depth understanding of CTV data that fuels the digital advertising ecosystem and can be leveraged for targeted media campaigns.
- Startup mentality with a customer‑centric mindset and willingness to pursue aggressive growth targets.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising, including cross‑device media sales and experience selling digital media (mobile, CTV, OLV, display and audio/auto).
