BMS Senior Project Manager
£75,000 – £90,000 + Car/Allowance + Bonus + Private Healthcare + 10% Pension
London (UK travel as required)
We are a global market leader in Building Management Systems (BMS), delivering complex, high-value projects across landmark commercial and residential developments.
Due to sustained growth and an expanding project portfolio, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to take full commercial and operational ownership of major BMS contracts.
This is a leadership position with real P&L accountability, executive client exposure, and the opportunity to shape project strategy from pre-construction through to final account.

The Role
- Full responsibility for delivery of multiple BMS projects
- Own programme, cost, margin, and risk
- Lead Project Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors
- Manage variations, EOTs, claims, and final accounts
- Oversee forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting
- Act as senior client interface
- Drive safety, compliance, and delivery performance
What We’re Looking For
- Senior PM / Contracts Manager experience within BMS or building services
- Strong commercial and contractual expertise (NEC/JCT desirable)
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects
- Confident client-facing leader with strong negotiation skills
- Commercially driven and results-focused
