Job Summary:We’re looking for an experienced HSE Advisor to support our EFW new build project, ensuring compliance with UK regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:– Monitor and advise on HSE performance: Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments– Ensure compliance: UK regulations (e.g., CDM 2015, HASAWA 1974), company policies– Support project teams: Provide HSE guidance, training, and toolbox talks– Incident management: Investigate incidents, report to authorities (e.g., HSE RIF1), and implement corrective actions– Promote HSE culture: Encourage best practices, recognise good performance
Requirements:– HSE qualification: NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent– Construction experience: Preferably in EFW or similar sectors– UK regulatory knowledge: Familiarity with CDM, HASAWA, etc.– Communication skills: Able to engage with project teams and stakeholders
