Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in the South/South Mids, with the flexibility to work from home on occasions. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop partnerships, and maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing proposals, generating leads, and supporting the growth and expansion of the company's offerings in the security sector.


Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities for growth
  • Experience or understanding of the security industry is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and software
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel locally as required
