The Role


As a Sales Agent, you’ll engage with businesses to understand their needs and introduce solutions across utilities and IT services. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, speaking with decision-makers daily and building lasting commercial relationships.


Key Responsibilities


  • Proactively contact prospective business clients via phone and email
  • Promote a range of business utilities and IT solutions
  • Identify client needs and recommend tailored services
  • Build rapport quickly and manage conversations with confidence
  • Generate new business opportunities and close sales
  • Accurately track activity using CRM systems
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets
