Job Title:Hygiene Operative / Driver
Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Hygiene Operative/Driver to join our team. This role involves servicing and maintaining washroom hygiene equipment across a variety of customer sites, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer satisfaction at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain a range of washroom equipment, including feminine hygiene units, air fresheners, nappy disposal units, and other related products within ladies, gents, and accessible toilets
- Safely collect and dispose of clinical and sanitary waste, including yellow bags from nursing homes and other designated facilities
- Carry out all duties in line with company procedures and health & safety regulations
- Provide a professional and courteous service when interacting with customers on-site
- Plan and manage daily routes effectively to ensure timely completion of schedules
Skills & Experience:
- Good communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work independently using your own initiative, as well as part of a team
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Good geographical knowledge of the province is desirable
- A responsible and reliable approach to work
Requirements:
- Full, valid driving licence
- Due to fleet insurance requirements, applicants must be aged 25 or over
Working Hours:
- 40 hours per week
Pay:
- £12.71 per hour
