Role Overview:

We are currently recruiting experienced Welders to support ongoing mechanical installation and fabrication works within a highly regulated environment. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals with a strong safety focus and proven site experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out welding activities in line with approved procedures and specifications (WPS)
  • Work on a range of materials including carbon and stainless steel
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and weld symbols
  • Ensure all work is completed to the required quality standards
  • Adhere to site safety procedures and permit-to-work systems
  • Support inspection and testing activities as required
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a coded Welder in an industrial environment
  • Valid and in-date welding qualifications/certifications
  • Experience with TIG and/or MMA welding processes
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Strong understanding of health & safety on site
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Desirable:

  • Experience working in highly regulated environments (e.g. nuclear, oil & gas, or similar)
  • Previous site-based project experience
  • Additional trade skills or multi-skilled background
