This is a broad and senior leadership role, responsible for the operational, financial and commercial functions that underpin the School's continued success. The COO will work closely with the Warden and Governors to ensure Forest is well managed, financially resilient and positioned to make the most of its considerable assets — including a growing commercial lettings and events operation. The successful candidate will bring strong strategic and operational experience, ideally gained in a complex, people-centred organisation, and will be comfortable leading across a wide range of functions in a values-driven environment.
