CBS Recruitment are looking to speak with experienced Mechanical Project Managers in and around the West Midlands. This is a permanent position with a reputable, family run subcontractor with a repeat client base but up over years of successful projectdelivery.

As a Mechanical Project Manager you will be responsiblefor:

• Planning, coordinatingand directing projects.
• Manage project costs including material and labour expenses.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports.
• Communicate and collaborate with architects, contractors and clients.
• Produce CVR and monthly job cost reports
• Oversee and troubleshoot Plumbing and Pipework installations.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure project deadlines are met
• Address and resolve any issues or disputes related to the project.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Producing RAMS.

The ideal Mechanical Project Manager will have:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager running projects up to 1M in value.
• Extensive knowledge of Plumbing and Pipework systems.
• Strong understanding of project management principles
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

The successful Mechanical Project Manager will receive:

• A basic Salary of up to 60,000 per annum
• A company vehicle / car allowance.
• 21days annul leave + bank holidays.
