£38,000 – £52,000 | Immediate or September Start

A specialist SEN school in London is seeking a dedicated and adaptable SEN Teacher to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including ASD, SEMH, SLD and complex learning difficulties.
You will play a key role in delivering personalised learning, supporting EHCP outcomes and helping pupils develop both academically and socially within a structured and nurturing setting.
Key responsibilities:

Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs

Support pupils with a range of SEN including ASD, SEMH and complex needs

Implement and contribute to EHCP targets, reviews and progress tracking
-
Work closely with teaching assistants and therapists within a multi-disciplinary team

Create a positive, structured and engaging classroom environment

Use creative and adaptive teaching strategies to support engagement and learning
-
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and external professionals
The ideal candidate will have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-
Experience working within an SEN or specialist school setting
-
Strong understanding of EHCP processes and differentiated teaching
-
Confident behaviour management and classroom leadership skills
-
A patient, resilient and adaptable approach to teaching
-
A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
